History and Important Events

The most significant milestones in the development of Norgani since its incorporation on 7 March 2005 are summarised below:

July 2005 
Acqusition of three portfolios of hotel properties previously owned by Capona, Eiendomsspar/Pandox and Wenaasgruppen. These portfolios included 35 Nordic hotel properties.

October 2005 
Norgani signed agreements to acquire three additional hotels from Wenaasgruppen and two hotels from     Home Invest and Choice Hotels Scandinavia ASA.

November 2005 
Norgani is listed on Oslo Børs.

November 2005 
Norgani signed final agreements with Capona AB to acquire five hotels in Sweden.

December 2005
Bid for Hotelleiendom AS (16 Scandic hotels with 2,910 rooms in Sweden). The transaction was completed on 22 December 2005.

December 2005
Norgani entered into a final agreement with Capona AB to acquire 
Scandic Hotel Uplandia in Uppsala, Sweden.

January 2006 
Norgani entered into a final agreement with Choice Hotels Scandinavia ASA for the acquisition of 
Quality Hotel Fagernes in Norway.

March 2006 
Sale of Comfort Hotel Nobel in Molde. The agreed sales price of NOK 23.5 million gave a gain compared to book value of NOK 3.7 million.

April 2006 
Norgani entered into a final agreement with Wenaas Gruppen for the acquisition of Rica Olrud Hotel in Norway.

May 2006 
Norgani entered into a final agreement with Home Invest for the acquisition of 
Quality Hotel Arcticus in Harstad.

June 2006 
Norgani entered into an agreement for the purchase of Kapiteeli Plc's Finnish hotel portfolio.

October 2006 
Sale of Hotel Linné in Sweden.

November 2006 
Sale of four Danish hotels; Clarion Hotel Copenhagen, Scandiv Hotel Hvidovre, Scandic Hotel Kolding and Scandic Hotel Glostrup.

December 2006 
Sale of Hotel Lappinportti in Finland.

February 2007 
Sale of Gunghästen in Malmö.

March 2007 
Sale of Stadshotellet in Nörrköping in Sweden.

May 2007 
Norgani entered into a final agreement for acquisition of Rica Hotel Bodø in Norway.

June 2007 
Norgani entered into a final agreement with Scandic for acquisition of Scandic Hotel Alvik and 
Scandic Hotel Hasselbacken in Sweden.

June 2007 
Sale of Scandic Kiannon Kuohut in Finland.

July 2007 
Sale of Hotel Winn Husqvarna in Sweden.

August 2007 
Norgani entered into a final agreement for acquisition of Radisson SAS Linköping in Sweden.

October 2007 
Norgani entered into a final agreement with for Choice Hotels for acquisition of Clarion Hotel Bastionen in Oslo / Norway.

October 2007
Norgani was acquired by Norwegian Property ASA, which is listed on the stock excange, and consenquently Norgani was taken off the stock exchange as a separate listed company
