Background:
Anders Vatne has comprehensive experience within management, sales, distribution and marketing in the hotel- and travel industry, with companies such as Inter Nor Hotels, Choice Hotels, Rainbow Hotels/Thon Hotels and Horwath Consulting. His previous positions include consultant, middle manager and top manager, before joining Norgani Hotels in December 2008.
Education:
Anders holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the BI Norwegian School of Management. He also holds a degree from the Norwegian School of Hotel Management.

Magne Ramlo has experience from several managerial positions within property management, engineering and the construction business, with companies such as Vital Eiendom AS and the Reinertsen Group, one of Norway’s leading engineering and construction companies. Positions held within the Reinertsen Group included Sales and Project Development and top management of the Oslo branch office. Magne came to Norgani from the position as CTO with Vital Eiendom AS, where he was responsible for operations, maintenance and development of a 20 billion (NOK) property portfolio. The position also included participation in all property transactions made by the company.

Eva M. Salvesen’s most recent position before joining Norgani in January 2008 was CFO in Statskonsult AS, a state-owned consultancy company. Before this she held different executive positions in the DnB Group (now DnB NOR Group), most recently Staff and Marketing Director in the retail banking division with responsibility for the support functions, including controlling/finance, business/product development and HR amongst others.

Background:
Leif Kristen has extensive experience after more than 20 years in the hotel industry. He has been Hotel Manager for several hotels, as well as Director og Operations at the head offices of Norlandia Hotels and as Project Manager at the head office of Choice Hotels Scandinavia (acquisitions and leasing of hotels). Before joining Norgani Leif held the position of CEO/General Manager for Norplan Storkjøkken AS.

Leif holds a Bachelor's Degree (Cand.Mag) from the Norwegian School of Hotel Management/University of Stavanger. He also holds a Master of Management Degree from BI Norwegian School of Management.

Petter Kristensen has experience from several positions within property management and HVAC, with companies such as Vital Eiendom and ABB. Petter came to Norgani from the position as Property Manager in Vital Eiendom AS, where he was responsible for development and maintenance of premises held by DnBNOR.

Marit S. Johannesen has several years experience from the finance function in companies like Avinor, Orkla, Dyno, Hafslund, Blom and Aker Solutions, holding positions like Business Controller, Manager Corporate Controlling and Finance Manager.

Torbjørn Stensen has broad experience within economy and accounting working as accountant and management for hire. His former employer was PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Norgani Hotels in February 2007.

Torbjørn Stensen holds the degree registered auditor from Revisorskolen i Oslo, and has completed Høyere revisorstudium at Norges Handelshøyskole.

Background:
Trinelis Faye-Schjøll has worked in the hospitality business for many years.
She was one of those selected for the pre-opening team of the Oslo Plaza, Scandinavia's largest hotel and
has worked extensively within the Radisson SAS Group, including reservations, room management, and various areas of support for the management.
Trinelis was one of the first employees to join Norgani Hotels and currently works in close cooperation with Property Management and Accounting.
Education:
After graduating from high school, Trinelis began a 3 year study in tourism . More recently Trinelis has been furthering her studies in computing.

Ragnhild has worked at Norgani Hotels since September 2006. Before joining the Norgani team she worked in the Sales – and Marketing Department at Rainbow Hotels/Thon Hotels.

Taina Koskelo has previously worked at Vahanen Group as Business line Executive on Real Estate Development and Project Management.
Before that she worked as Director of Business Development in the same company. Before the Vahanen Group she worked in several positions in construction sector. She started at Norgani Finland Holding in January 2008.

Background: Marjut Mikkola has had extensive experience as an Administrator and Customer Relations Officer in the field of hotel properties. She worked in the hotel property departments of Arctia and Kapiteeli for over 30 years.

Unni Åström has worked within sales and marketing at various hotel chains for several years. She has also been head of Casino Cosmopol in Stockholm. She was head of the passenger traffic branch at Silja Line for two years and started as CEO of a major property project outside Malmö, Victoria Park, in 2008. Unni has also been a Member of the Norgani Hotels Board.

Sissi Nobel has extensive international experience within the hotel business. Before joining the Norgani team, Sissi held positions such as General Manager for ITT Sheraton & Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Luxembourg as well as senior management posts in Belgium, Norway, Sweden & Switzerland. Sissi has also been a consultant with Horwath & Horwath Sweden AB.

Sissi holds an Executive MBA from the BI Norwegian School of Management/ESCP-EAP Paris, a Diploma in Tourism & Recreation from the University of Kalmar, Sweden and a Diploma in Marketing IHM (The Institute of Higher Marketing Education), Stockholm Sweden. Anja Sydner has more than 20 years experience in acccounting at various Swedish companies, both as Accounting Consultant and Chief Accountant. Before joining Norgani in 2007, Anja was Chief Accountant responsible for the holding companies and all administration concerning the running of public limited property company Kungsleden.
